My home's gas fireplace was installed by Heritage Fireplace Shop in 1996. The brand of fireplace no longer exists, so I was concerned about finding parts and service for it when it recently stopped working. However, Heritage sent out a very competent repairman and he got it working quickly. He gave a great explanation of normal operation and regular maintenance of the stove and left everything very clean. Scheduling an appointment was easy and the repairman arrived at the scheduled time. I highly recommend this company.

This shop has been amazing. We bought a wood burning stove from them 3 years ago and have been having issues with it. The manufacture was not willing to address the issues so at their own cost Heritage gave us a brand new wood burner and installed it! It’s so rare to find a company that goes above and beyond. I had a wood burner fireplace put into my cottage. After checking a couple of different fireplace shops, I went with Heritage Fireplace Shop. Beginning to end they were friendly, reasonable and on time. Often you don’t find this sort of service any longer. The installers took their shoes off at the door, placed protective covers on my floors and cleaned up beautifully afterwords. They even left a darling bucket full of everything I would need to get my fires started. They worked hard to figure out an under house issue and had it done in an hour. I highly recommend not wasting your time comparing shops and just choosing Heritage. They deserve each of the five stars.

10 Stars!! It’s so hard to find a company now days that goes above and beyond in there service and quality of work. Heritage Fire Place was absolutely incredible to work with. After shopping for a pellet stove for a few months I ended up contacting them about a specific pellet stove that I wanted to purchase. They had the best price and the customer service was fantastic. They explained all the features and benefits of the stove I was looking at which was extremely helpful. They put me on their schedule to install it at my home and got it done within 2 weeks of ordering everything. I know part of that is due to the schedule being a little more open in the summer. When they came to install the installers were very polite and professional. They also made sure my stove was perfectly centered and symmetrical. I mention that because if they went with how my piping was set up it would of been off center and crooked. Mitch and Sean were hands down the best to work with and I will forever be a customer to Heritage. Thank you guys, it’s been a pleasure working with your team!
